Walworth Garden

The Walworth Garden ethos of Knowledge and Nurture is at the heart of our vision for a new Environmental Learning Centre. The project is conceived as a learning landscape to support life-long learning from community workshops through to horticultural apprenticeships. Supported by a Therapy Shelter and connected to greenhouses and a landscaping yard, the Learning Centre responds to nature’s changing cycles. In the context of the climate emergency the project considers extremes of drought and flood and seeks to address local and global environmental factors to create a truly sustainable and resilient habitat.
