Landscape

We consider landscape and building to be of equal and inseparable significance. Interiors and external spaces are regarded as mutually dependent in the spatial conception of sequence which is key to the way architecture is experienced and inhabited. Thresholds between inside and outside are defined as places in their own right as are the in-between spaces defined by the arrangement of building and boundary. Ecology and planting are seen as fundamental in creating healthy and resilient environments and habitats.
