The Courtyard

Extension and remodelling of Arts and Crafts manor house in Dormans Park green belt settlement in Surrey. Conceived to re-establish the connection between house, outbuilding and ancient Beech woodland through a new frontage and stepped landscape. Brick arches and mullions with hanging clay tiles reference the Arts and Crafts tradition and timber screens frame views out across Swissland Woods.
